Op. Dr. Esra BİLGEN was born in 1977 in Ankara. Esra BİLGEN completed her medical studies at the Faculty of Medicine, 19 Maiıs University and completed her residency at Ankara Dışkapı Yıldırım Beyazıt Training and Research Hospital in 2010. She has participated in many national and international scientific meetings. She has also authored internationally recognized publications and papers. She is married and has three children.
